I am the father of three beautiful children, Nicco, Danny, and Oliver, and I am so fortunate to have my gorgeous and lovely wife - Ale. We all together enjoy the outdoor activities, traveling, and visiting our local Central Coast beaches.

​     My finance career began at Merrill Lynch early in my teens before graduating from San Marcos High School.  In the following years, I joined the corporate retail sector as a Junior Accountant, and I was quickly promoted to Senior Accountant upon graduation from Junior College. While attending UC Santa Barbara, I was employed in the nonprofit sector at Hinchee Homes, a small nonprofit organization that provides long-term residential care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the community.

​     Over the years my position evolved at Hinchee Homes, and I worked as a Bookkeeper, Business Manager, Controller, and HR Director, and I became more devoted to the quality of care of our residents after the loss of my first baby Sebastian in 2012 (due to Hospital's failure to meet the standard of care for his Congenital Heart Defect condition).

​

     In the summer of 2018, I retired as Hinchee Homes Executive Director, and I had the pleasure of working with an empowered team of professionals who worked tirelessly with transparency, integrity, and accountability.  Among our accomplishments, included; an improved standard of care for our intellectually disabled residents, improved training and retention of quality and compassionate caregiver staff, acquisition of new medical equipment, fundraising optimization for the purchase of two new wheelchair vans, improved living quarters for handicapped accessibility in the homes, purchase of a new house, and licensing approval of a program plan to open a third intermediate health care facility.

​     In this new phase, I am welcoming business owners and entrepreneurs wanting a solid track record of excellence (Twenty-Four years) of Business Consulting, Nonprofit Management, and Fund Accounting experience, which includes organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage and develop high-performance teams, set strategic objectives, oversee complex budgetary constraints, and manage the successful completion of multiple projects.

​     Since 2004, I have provided accounting consulting services to several organizations in Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and San Luis Obispo cities; including the Legal Aid Foundation, SB Maritime Museum, A Spiritual Abode, Cornerstone House of Santa Barbara, United Boys & Girls Club of SB, and many other local businesses in different industries. 

     Additionally, I have the ability to develop strong marketing strategies, public relations, and funding development plans. I am technology-driven and able to engage a wide range of stakeholders and diverse groups of people effectively.
