In addition to executive leadership experience, currently provide selective advisory and fractional CFO/Controller consulting services to nonprofit organizations and small businesses, with a focus on organizations operating in regulated environments. Advisory work includes financial oversight, operational improvement, compliance support, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. These initiatives are designed to assist organizations in enhancing their performance and operating with confidence.
